Krima Salvi Money! Money! Money! Yes, you guessed it right. The matter is all about money. Have you heard about Say Yes? It is a national foundation that provides scholarship for college tuition to every student. Buffalo, Syracuse, and Guilford County of North Carolina are example schools supported by this program. Say Yes is interested to enroll another city and Louisville is running for the nomination. The Superintendent of JCPS and the Louisville Mayor is trying to grab this opportunity. However, it is not easy to get into program because we have to show Say Yes that Louisville is trustworthy and will meet their expectation by raising about $100 million. 55,000 Degrees, a program, is helping us to reach our goal. After raising the amount, Say Yes will invest $15 million. If Louisville gets elected, then every student who graduates from JCPS gets free college tuition. This would be like winning the lottery for JCPS students and their families. They would not only get free tuition, but also get social/emotional counseling, medical services, and legal services for free. For middle class it is more affordable and beneficial because they give legal assistance, housing stability and loads for happiness. That means everybody can dream big as the dream has become cheap. Let’s work hard for the betterment of Louisville and show what Louisville can do.
